It's in the title. I want a recipe that involves a lot of salt and oil. Those are the ones that look good. Other ingredients like tomatoes and garlic.... Is there a name for this dip?

Preferably something tried and true.

I've seen it sold as Turkish eggplant maybe that will give you a lead to finding the recipe
