Ran a load with bleach, still there. Sensitive skin means not running another bleach filled load, but I can still spot treat. What are my options? No soaking overnight- needed by late tonight. I don't have Oxy.

Try Carbona ink remover (yellow bottle)
Not sure if it works after drying but it worked for me when the shirts were only washed with a pen

Rubbing alcohol takes out pen ink, that's why some use hairspray. I just pour it straight on

Make a paste of fragrance-free Oxi clean powder and let it ait a day or so. Wash and wear.
