I need to bring 2 salads to a party (meat party)

one lettuce based salad - like deli salad
one veggie - like israeli salad, or red cabbage salad

Something with sweet potato chips, buy the bag. Yum.
Lettuce base but has the crunch which makes it more fun.

Thank you for the ideas. I think 1 lettuce and 1 cabbage would be my best shot.
Anyone with recipes? I’m sure I can find some online I guess.
