If I’m hanging family pics, what looks better.
I have center pic with all kids, on one side a sisters pic and other side the brothers. Should they all be same size? Middle one wider but same height? Or middle one bigger in all directions?
I know this seems like a dumb question/post but I’m artisticly challenged and really don’t know what looks better! Thanks

Don't sweat it. Either way will look fine. However, if it's a large group and you want people to be able to see individuals in the combined group picture, you should really have it printed out considerably larger than the gender-segregated shot. How many people are we talking about here?

I think both ways you described would be nice. I personally would probably make the center one bigger in both directions. Might also depend on what size pictures you are considering.

Center pic can be 16x24 or 2ox30 with 8 kids
Smaller pics 4 boys, 4 girls 16x20
Hanging over couch, 1 side wall window, other side closets
