Where can I find a shvits with a ladies-only day in NY or NJ

I grew up going to the shvits often and where I'm from, there was an option for a ladies-only day. I recently moved to NY and desperately in need to go but I can't seem to find one with a ladies-only option.

Tried searching anywhere.

Either in NY or NJ, do you know of any?

Shulamith high school in Flatbush had a sauna 20 years ago when I used to go swimming there as a kid

Thanks. I called and the women’s section is only in the locker room (which has a sauna) but the common room with everything else is coed

SYLK spa is a women's only spa in Monsey.
I think that Vibe's in Monsey has a sauna. They have separate hours.

From what I have been told, the restaurant and lounge are co-ed. But the different saunas and treatments are separate.

The wet places, wet sauna hot tubs are separate but dry saunas are mixed.

(btw u need to be fully naked in the wet place and for the mixed they give u some kind of big top and pants and if u go in a time when its quiet u can even have a sauna for yourself)

I've been there many times. The area with the sauna, shvitz, hot tubs and cold plunge and women only
