My dh goes to shul where they say mishna torah and some tehillim. He definitely doesn't stay up all night.

My father and uncles do this.

I hope my DH will too.

I would do this as a teen. Say the whole Tehillim and Sefer Devarim. Now I'm up also but up to no good.
