Here’s how it goes:
I say something I would be happy to do but something RELATED, that I wouldn’t do.

Then, if you would be ok doing my wouldn’t thing, say I would xyz and add a related thing that you wouldn’t do.

Example:
I would make potato kugel for 200 ppl
But I wouldn’t peel the potatoes

Next person:
I would peel lots of potatoes
But I wouldn’t do the produce shopping
