Im on for my 4th whipping cream-and they arent cheap!
I used to whip it up in the Bosch mixer and it whipped up beautifully whats happening???
Now I have my 3rd bowl of butter. It didnt even whip up it became like butter before I even had a chance to stop the machine!
what am I doing wrong? Whats the best way to whip it up?
And anyone know what I can do with 3 milky whipped creams that have curdled into butter?

Use a whisk. It is the only thing that works in my house.

It's easy to whip heavy cream with a whisk. Instead of mixing all around in a circular motion, you actually whip up and down in straight lines, and it comes together quickly. I was so surprised by how easy it was when a chef showed me the motion, and how quickly it thickened up in my bowl.
