Ok so I’m making a shabbos bar mitzvah in the winter and wanted to rent out a big house where everyone can stay and have a large dining area that will fit about 35-45 ppl ( including kids)
Now the problem is we are divorced and I don’t think that both sides will want spend an entire shabbos cooped up in one house.
So what I’m looking for is like a cluster of houses ? Or motel style? Or something where we can be together for shabbos but not in your face together. That makes sense?
( also with a room we can use as makeshift shul, bringign our own torahs and all)
Is there anything like this in the ny, nj area.
Hotels will be way too pricey

There is a place in lakewood that is 2 houses next door, I think each one has about 20-25 beds
I'm pretty sure it's on lakewood hosts? You can call them and ask
Not sure about space for minyan, etc. Maybe if the DR of one house is the 'shul' and the DR of the other house is the eating room
