you can try babaganush with oil instead of mayo, just put a spoonful

Roasted garlic you can add cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley

Thank you for these ideas. I actually do some of them just wasn't thinking of them as dips lol. I make garlic confit, chummus, and roasted chickpeas.
Can you give me the recipe for stringy carrot salad and onion dip? Thank you so much!

It's a jewish recipe from a cookbook... at this point I just eyeball it though. Slice leeks, halve dates, whole cloves. Some tiny diced japaleno. Salt. Cover in oil, it depends how much you want. Basically do you want more Roasted veggies or more of a confit. And that's it
