A getaway for a broke family

I want to go somewhere for one night, with cheap or free attractions nearby so the hotel should be the only large expense (would spend about $200 for the night)

We like nice hotels. Like modern, clean, with a pool, we need a place with suites or joined rooms.

I have elementary aged kids.

2-3 hours from lakewood.

I would love any ideas, particularly if you have hotel to recommend.

What genders? Great wolf lodge is perfect for only girls. U can get a suite with bunkbeds for kids for around 200. They have other activities also besides water park.

I Was just in the kartrite hotel,
It was a bit over 400 for a 2br/2 br suite a night
And it was very clean, all inclusive, with lots of activities.

Hyatt house in mount laurel. Lots of free stuff to do in philly.

Do you have EBT? If yes, check the Museums 4 All website for museums and attractions that are part of their program. It probably won't give you your full itinerary, but may give you an interesting place or 2 in the area you end up going to.

Could you tell me a little bit more abt kartrite? Was the majority frum people? How was everyone dressed over there? Men too?

Good to know. I was just looking and everything was above $200 for two rooms or a suite. I guess it has to do with the dates

Ive looked into cape may in the past. I haven't had success finding the right hotel. Do you know one?
