I'm considering to do a babysitting group. I love babies and I give my all, and I really want to feel compensated. I live in montebello, I'm wondering what I can charge per hour?

I would see how many I can do, while still giving my best, maybe 5 or 6. It depends on the babies in the group and how it's going. And sometimes 1 baby needs more care than 2 other babies together. I wouldn't do newborns. I had in mind approx 6-12 months.

If your taking on 5-6 babies by yourself, then you can't possibly provide proper care each baby deserves, and would be between 5-6 an hour.

I work in a private day care center. We are 4 women watching 15 kids.
One woman watching 6 babies is a lot. What if they all cry at the same time? What if you need to be in 3 places at once? In my mind, there is no way to give one's best with that ratio of adult to baby. Its hard work. Very hard work.

That’s irresponsible. You can’t take on so many babies and service them properly. The neglect that goes on in babysitting situations breaks my heart.
