I pre breaded some cutlets in egg and ground almond put in freezer. Any ideas how to actually cook this? Do I need to defrost to room temperature first? Can I put straight into the oven? If so for how long and at what degrees... The cutlets are thin.
Thanks

You can bake them frozen, will just take a little longer.
If you want to fry, they need to be fully defrosted first.

What's considered a little longer? And how many degrees?

I would do 400 I think?
Sorry I'm so bad with exact timing! Maybe 20 min?? And then check if they need more

It can dry out if cooked too long, or can be pink in the center if not cooked enough.
Best to separate them and lay out flat in large ziploc bag, and then submerge the sealed bag in bowl of cold water. It will thaw rather quickly and then you can time to cooking properly. Spread on a cookie sheet in a hot 400 oven for 20 minutes.
