Making a “toameha” and ordered pans of kugel and cholent. At what temperature and for how long should I reheat them before serving?

If they're from the refrigerator, heat on 350 for about 2 hours & then lower to 250 till serving. Make sure there's enough water and the pans are covered tightly.

They’re going to be either warm or at room temperature - they’ll be delivered Friday morning
Thanks!

You can warm them in the oven and then put them in Sternos for when the guests come

If it's warm or room temperature, I'd do an hour on 350 and then on 250.
