I by mistake put 2 TBS of salt into a spelt challah recipe that calls for 2 TSP of salt. Garbage, or is there something I can do to save it?

Did you bake it already? If not you could double all the other ingredients. If yes you can taste it and see what it tastes like.

How much flour have you used?
The recipe I use takes 12 cups spelt flour with 2 TBSP salt

It might not rise properly but family members with a salty Palate might go for it. You might want to skip the salt in your dips this week....
