Do seminaries send out any sort of confirmation of receipt of completed application? Do they communicate with the high schools? Do they communicate with the students/parents directly about interviews?

Don't think they send a receipt, I'll be mailing them with return receipt.
Not sure how girls are notified about the interviews (do seminaries have certain days for interview and everyone comes? Do girls get interviewed in school? Specific time slots?)
They definitely are in touch with principals.

Didn't think to do that. Just sent first class. USPS hope you come through!

One of our applications specifically said not to send anything that requires a signature, because it will likely just get returned. And when it comes to those lovely green cards we're supposed to sign, I have had mumtiple letters arrive inmy mailbox with the card torn off. Regular mail is fine. Your high school can check for you.

Don't think any of our applications said not to. I saw someone mentioning she mailed it with return receipt and thought it was a good idea, especially since we'll be mailing it close to the deadline.

I'm guessing in January cause they will notify about acceptance in February
