So I took ds 10 to a gi recently due to some random stomach issues. One of the tests showed he has a high allergy to hazelnuts. Anyone else out there have this? Can you help me out which common products tend to have hazelnuts, that I should avoid having around?
I know most chocolates (his favorite food!)
Some snacks
Anything else?

You should bread the ingredients on everything, before you give it to him.
Allergies are very tricky and the body react differently, every time you eat eat.
My son is also allergic to hazelnuts, and I stay away from all kind of nuts.

My daughter was allergic to hazelnut. B”h she outgrew it now.
Most chocolates are out.
You have to check baked goods - many have hazelnut in the chocolate coating.
Many wafers. Some kosher lpesach products have hazelnut oil.
Always read labels.
