Add 2 crushed garlic cloves and 3/4 tsp salt per pound of meat. Mix and form into balls. Press into burger shape. Grill, bake or fry. Serve with French fries. Yum.

For 3 lbs meat I add an egg, grated onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a squeeze of ketchup, and about 3/4 a cup matzo meal/bread crumbs. Makes delicious burgers.
