Allergic to eggs, dairy, wheat , almond, peanuts …avocado
Besides for vegetables and chicken. And rice cereal what can I feed her. She eats Cheerios that’s like the only finger food she has. Any cookies or biscuits I can use. What about Pesach what will I feed her?

On Pesach you should definitely feed her kitniyos. Ask for a heter.

You can give your daughter real rice, not just rice cereal. When you get a nice big ball of stuck together rice, that's easy to pick up.
And there's fruit, you didn't mention fruit. Bananas, quartered grapes, really pretty much any fruit...
You can diversify your veggies. Finger length baked sweet potato 'fries,' frozen peas...
There is also beans. Chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans, any beans. You might want to smash the chickpeas a little but in general, you do not need to modify beans.

This. I know someone who has a toddler with similar allergies. They got a special pot and some keilim to use for kitniyos and kept it separate from everything else.
