Hi, I live in Baltimore and we desperately need more room in our duplex. Any recommendations for home improvement companies that are good at sticking to a budget? Also, does anyone have any tips and advice about getting a loan for it, knowing what's good to look for in a contractor, average costs, etc? I am clueless. Thank you!
