does anyone have his book?

I am looking for the beet kvass recipe.

if anyone has it please post.

also interested to hear how much any of you out there who make kvass, how much salt tou use per litre jar.

and one more thing. I don't have filtered water. I use boiled water but would bottle bought water be good?
