It’s basically just breaded fried shnitzel that you pour a sauce over. The sauce recipes vary but the basic idea is sugar/brown sugar honey and hot sauce.
There’s a recipe with exact proportions in the first BY cookbook. Or I’m sure kosher.com has a bunch.

Sonya’s Prep chicken poppers!!! So easy and absolutely delicious. My kids and husband run to set the table (which they never care to do otherwise) when I make these. Everything she makes is so yummy and fun and easy to make.
