I have a lot of leftover chicken I want to shred and put on top of a pizza dough. Can I bake the pizza dough first? How long? Any sauce ideas or toppings I should be putting on?

Shred in food processor, mix with BBQ sauce. Top with spicy mayo and caramelized onion.

I have a recipe from kosher.com I adapted.
It’s on pita bread.
Mix with bbq sauce
Make bbq+Mayo dressing. Spread on pita (thin or will be soggy. Add chicken. Broil but watch so doesn’t burn.

I probably will shred the chicken and mix it with barbecue sauce. But how do I bake the dough itself it's defrosting in my fridge right now. Do I bake it first and then again with the chicken?
