Challah, Honey
Salads
chicken Soup, kreplach
Chicken, potato kugal
Dessert

HMMMM, I know I need more and for two meals.

I usually make spagetti and meatballs for the lunch meal, and chicken and potatoes for the last meal.

my husband likes when we have 2 seudah's like challah, soup, chicken etc.
first meal-challah fish
second more of a shabbos meal..

Fish only for the first meal!
And of course, only foods that are easy to digest throughout the entire day! Wink

First meal I do
challah, fish, chicken and potatoes.
Second meal
challah, chicken soup w/kreplach

I never made kreplach yet, I always buy them or get some from my MIL.
