Looking for a cookbook recommendation. (Or a great website)
I use no sugar or sweeteners and only whole wheat, but my cooking is more traditional, old style (think meat and potatoes, kugels, shnitzel etc) and I would love to include more healthy ingredients...
I currently I have no idea how to use things like different greens, squashes, flax seed, chia seeds etc etc. and would love to add these to my cooking.
Thank you!

I'm sure there are many great healthy kosher cookbooks.
Also, non-kosher vegetarian cookbooks may be a place to start, particularly if you want to learn how to incorporate and use more plant based ingredients. Three classic non-kosher cookbook authors you can check out are:
Mollie Katzen (Mooswood Cookbook, The Enchanted Broccoli Forest, her kids cookbooks are amazing too)
Mark Bittman (How to Cook Everything-Vegetarian)
Deborah Madison (Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone)
