I’m 10.5 weeks pregnant with twins. I recently started to be constantly hungry. Am I to increase my food intake in my first trimester too?
And how much more am I supposed to eat?

Get a hold of this book. It had very helpful advice on twin pregnancy. Specifically regarding food portions
If your hungry eat but make sure to eat healthy and specifically proteins which help the babies grow

Yes increase now! The twin expert (name slipped my mind) says 20 lb by 20 weeks for best outcomes.
I had twins over 7 lb each. Hope it all goes easy for you!
ETA I ate whenever I was hungry, but didn’t force myself to eat. I did force myself to drink though! I tried for a gallon a day of water.
