We are iyh planning to move to Lakewood for the the upcoming school year. Dh wants to look for a new job as it won’t make sense for him to travel to Manhattan . Besides word of mouth is there any place to look?

It all depends on the field. Many jobs pay drastically less here, so he may just have to commute to Manhattan or North Jersey
