Canva.
I put all images on Instagram size posts.

Use Canva on the computer. Much better. And it’s worthwhile to pay for the unlimited content.

You can integrate SEO google apps ect onto Shopify
You need to make sure all your pages and product pages have relevant seo content.
Make sure Google business is set up with relevant information

If you need further hire someone!
