you know the slab of stone that come with some toaster ovens?
how do you clean it?
mine have like tomato sauce stains and they dont come off.
it really is hard to clean it. any tips?

sorry I can't give you tips.......... but for all you others---- just make sure to always lay your food going into the toaster oven on a piece of tinfoil vs. straight on the grate.
makes cleaning up so much easier. the worst that happens is crumbs might fall to the bottom.... but no tomatoe stains.

the stone we bought to make pizza had instructions to clean with warm water, no soap, and expect it to get stained and discolored. Makes great pizza!

the problem is that I feel that I need to clean it with soap to get off all that sauce or whatever leaks. warm water can clean it just as good?
