You can also serve over sushi rice - with ribbons of carrots, cucumbers and diced zuchhini. (someone before mentioned a sushi salad.

Sesame pasta in kosher palette 1 is the best. Would totally go with cubed salmon on top. I pour mikees sesame teriyaki sauce on top of cubed salmon and bake covered on 350 till done. Very easy and yum.
