k...I'm not sure on amounts but this is unbelievably delicious! I had this at a pidyan haben and every time I make it everyone loves it!
You crunch up about 3 cups of corn flakes, not too fine, it should be peices. add about 1 C crunchy peanut butter, enough to coat all of the flakes, it's a bit messy and you have to use your hands to really get it all spread around.
spread it out in one layer and put in in the freezer for about a 1/2 hour.
Melt 1/2 a container of PAREVE vanilla ice cream (don't worry about the pareve taste, it's completely gone in this recipe!!) and then when the cornflakes are hard, mix the whole thing together so that the flakes are all over the ice cream. Refreeze and serve. Very yummy!
Add more or less of the peanut butter depending on your taste!
SOOOO GOOOD!!!

There's a similar recipe to melt chocolate and peanut butter. Turn off flame and add cornflakes. Mix well so they're covered. Spread on a plate or pan and freeze. Then put in food processor with the blade until it is made into crumbs. If you make ice cream from whip add to the unfrozed ice cream. Or mix into ready made ice cream. It's delicious!
