| hi, anyone have a recipe of something without those ingredients???? would love to make like a mock cheese cake for my allergic daughter for shavuos!!! thanks

| How about using Toffutti cream cheese instead of regular? I do that year round to make pareve cheesecake & I even make it for a fleishig meal on Shavuos. It's amazing. For the crust, buy gluten free egg free cookies & mash them (if they make gluten+egg free ones) with some margarine.
