As women, do we have to here the Aseres Hadibros both days, or is one day also ok? Is this a Halacha or a Minhag. I know that this is one of the days that the shul is always packed with women and children. I have a child with special needs and it will be reallly hard to bring him to both days, I'm not even sure about one day.....
Advice please?....

There is no halacha at all (according to most opinions) that women ever have to hear the Torah reading. The one exception is Parshas Zachor (the Shabbos before Purim) when many (but not all) poskim say women are also obligated.
Apart from that you have to hear the megilla (not necessarily in shul) and women have taken upon themselves to hear the shofar. Otherwise you can stay at home.
As far as I remember from chutz la'Aretz the aseres hadibros are only read on the first day anyway.
