I don't know exact meaning (will ask dh, but I'm sure someone else will respond first...), but it refers to fellow lubavitchers.

It stands for "anshei shlomeinu" and is used by Lubavitchers to refer to fellow Lubavitchers.

BTW, I mentioned this to my husband, and he said that all chassidim refer to those (men) belonging to the same chassidus as anash. I never knew that.
