2 questions, anyone know answers??

1. on pesach...can you feed a baby milk that was pumped before pesach? is it considered chametz?

2. can you use pump on pesach that was previously used during the year?

Yes, you can feed the baby the milk that you pumped before Pesach. You don't stop eating chometz a few days before Pesach so when you nurse the baby won't get milk made from you eating chometz!
Wash the bottle out in a separate sink though.

Regarding the pump, different rabbonim say different things, but it basically boils down to this.
If you can get new parts, like BvH said, do so. If not, you can boil them (like you would for sterilizing) and then it's like hagalah. Even without that, it's probably ok, just wash in a different sink, since it's doubtful it ever got to the point of yad soledes bo with chometz (not sure about if you use a dishwasher).

What type of pump do you have?
