Now the weather is getting colder, time for hot chocolate!! Please share your best homemade hot chocolate recipes. I tried the one on the back of the Hershey's box, but it just came out okay. Would prefer recipes that use 2% milk (not whole milk-don't buy that), soy milk or powdered milk, because I always have that around the house.

who needs a recipe ... get nesquick or whatever chocolate powder/syrup ... pour in milk [be it skim/2%/whole/soy & heat ... add marshmallows for FUN
if using powdered milk - I imagine you can use hot water from a coffee urn [good for emergencies]

my favorite and super easy: boil milk(any) once its boiling lower the heat and add ready made cocoa mix (if you don't have use 1 tablespoon cocoa to 2 tbps sugar- add as much as you like I love it dark)
love it! (I find the choc never melts properly love the cocoa and sugar mix..)
