The online store says you can't. Has anyone successfully returned to the store and gotten a credit instead? I hate shipping back when I work right nearby a store and can just walk in there!

It says clearly on the website you cant and they deduct 5$ $8?? off for return shipping. Just go to the store.

I returned to the store without a receipt and they gave me a store credit
