I have a 4 year old girl and would like to get her pretty headbands for Shabbos. However, I don't want to spend more than $3 a headband. Where can I find headbands for that cheap (preferably online)?
If you have an XSRE store near you, I usually find nice hair things there. You could try Claire's too. Children's Place often has hair things to coordinate with their outfits.
$3 for shabbos headbands might not be enough though.
