try some 99c stores, im sure u have those in flatbush. maybe the rag shop??

Neither of my suggestions are Flatbush, but not that far.
There's a store on 13th avenue between 43 and 44 that has photo frames and albums outside. They have loads of artificial flowers inside.
Also, try any flower shop. (I once bought by the box and got it at slightly above wholesale at Corner Florist - New Utrecht and 49).
