I'm getting an iphone tomorrow and would like to buy a durable case for it, one that can withstand dropping and kids.
Any recommendations? Any type I shouldn't buy?

Definitely get an otterbox. My kids are constantly dropping mine. It had great cushioning protects all the phone and has a screen protecter. It does make the phone considerably bulkier and heavier but also gives u more to hold

Otter box. Both me and DH have them- he's in construction and his phones survived falling off four story buildings, off ladders, off god-knows-what; it's literally bulletproof

Otter Box definitely. DH has one and drops his phone nonstop. Sadly he didn't have it on and dropped his phone at work a few weeks ago. Now he has sadcrackedscreen-itis.
I have a Speck cse and it has taken a beating. The case now has many cracks that would be on my iphone. I need a new case so I am switching to an Otter Box.

I have a nice one that has a thick rubber case yet doesn't make the phone heavy. It is lasting a long time.
