Just got this from someone but never heard of this hashgacha before maybe someone heard of it. the product is Nutella and in small letters on the bottom of the name it says Ferrero. It is a chocolate spread with hazalnuts inside. Hashgacha is only a name of a Rabbi somewhere in this world. Rav Yeshua Chadad this is the place מילאנו. Sorry I didn't know what that spelled.

It's Milano (Italy) and I know that there are Chabad Shluchim there by the name of Chadad, but I'm not sure about the first name.
I've seen this in Kosher stores before.
Hope that helped!
