I've got brownies that are "to die for". We (DH and I) can go through a whole pan (8x8) in a single Shabbat.

125g margarine
50g (2 squares) baking chocolate
1 tbsp. oil

1/4 c. gluten free flour (potato/rice flour)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vanilla pudding powder

Melt the 1st 3 ingredients together (I usually put them in the pan in the oven while I get everything else ready). Add in the other ingredients, and mix well. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 an hour.
