Friday night:
Corn chowder (http://imamother.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=139422&highlight=corn+chowder)
Tuna-veggie croquettes (http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=10150387442937124) - I've actually started baking them in small silcon muffin trays that I lightly grease with oil. It actually comes out great and crispy.

Shabbat lunch we're going away but I'll be bringing veggie croquettes (our hostess is pregnant and has scent issues, tuna being one of them) and I'll most likely make tri-colored challah (a three-strand braid with one strand mixed with sundried tomato spread, the second strand having minced basil and the third minced garlic).

For Shavuot dinner we're going to have tomato-basil soup with rice, or if I have the time and patience, I'll make cheese-stuffed rice balls (http://www.justataste.com/2012/02/arancini-rice-balls-with-marinara-sauce/) and corn-tomato pie (http://www.clockworklemon.com/2011/09/corn-tomato-and-cheddar-pie.html)

And for lunch we're having broccoli quiche, pasta 'pie' (http://noblepig.com/2009/03/18/when-the-moon-hits-the-sky.aspx) WITHOUT the meat and maybe this vegetable dish (http://budgetbytes.blogspot.com/2011/08/summer-vegetable-tian-660-recipe-110.html).

Also served with the meals will be fresh garden salad.

Dessert will be... carmelitas (http://luluthebaker.blogspot.com/2010/10/carmelitas.html), brownies and a cheesecake of some kind.

I'm counting Shabbos as part of Shavuos, because it's all together. We're doing the two night meals at home and going to my parents for the day meals.
I didn't want to have meat 2 nights in a row, so doing parve Friday night (with milky ice cream for dessert) and meat on Shavuos night so that we'll have some meat on the chag.

Friday night
Breaded garlic salmon (BY cookbook)
Garlic fries (fresh and easy)
Roasted broccoli
Ben and Jerry's ice cream (CY)

Shavuos night
Moroccan meatballs (from Imamother)
Creamy Thai chicken thighs (fresh and easy)
Rice
Sticky toffee pudding

honey baked salmon
get salmon fillet sliced very thinly
prepare three plates, one with flour, one with eggs, and one with cornflake crumbs, dip salmon into flour, then eggs then cornflake crumbs.
fry till golden on both sides
drain on paper towel
put salmon in a foil bekela and drizzle with equal amounts of duck sauce and honey
can be served at room temperature. enjoy!

Marinated mushroom salad
2/3 cup oil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tubs fresh mushrooms
combine all ingredients except last two in a pot, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 5 minutes, whisk in the mustard and pour over the mushrooms, let marinate in fridge overnight

Thanks!!

one more thing, with the honey baked salmon that I forgot to type, after you drizzle on the honey and duck sauce, you put it into the oven to bake for a few minutes.

Neither one is really an official recipe. Both sound fancier and more delux than they actually are, but here goes...
Sesame teryaki salmon - either a mix of ketchup, mayo, and brown sugar (not really teryaki, but for some reason that's what my kids call it), or mikee teriyaki sauce -both with sprinkled sesame seeds on top

stuffed honey mustard chicken - put 2 cups rice, 4 cups water, a little oil, a can of mushrooms, and about a heaping tablespoon of mushroom soup mix in a pan. Bake covered.
stuff raw chicken pieces, snd drizzle with honey and mustard. Bake uncovered
