I need a low fat egg sald without mayo or oil and preferebly the eggs cut into slices rather then munched all up. Thanks.

How about a small amount of mayo? You can get low fat mayo, right?
We use mustard and lemon too.

You can try egg, avodado, tomato and hearts of palm in "chunky" peices. not diced or mashed. With lemon juice and salt (the avocado already gives it a bit of a creamier texture like mayonaise does.
