Ger has a very good PR. A lot of these video are done to be shown by fundraising events.

Who is their PR for? To fundraise among people other than gerrer chasidim?
just wondering, after seeing masses of gerrer men in the clip, do gerrer women have any functions, any n'shei programs of their own in which they get together?

The PR is for Gerrer Chassidim.
These fundraisers usually target Ger chassidim that are moderate Ger. They don't look Ger or send their children to Ger yeshivos but are Ger from the "Heim" (Europe).
Woman have N'shei, Shabbos get togethers.... that are just for woman.

I didn't see the clip, but if there are no women in it, it's because it wouldn't be considered tzniusdik to have women in the video. Which would be no indication of whether they have functions. Even the women's supplement of "Kfar Chabad" magazine (Mishpacha Chassidis) doesn't have pictures of women.
