Just been looking through old threads for ideas for supper tonight and came across this:
rice and sweet potatoes baked with marshmellow fluff ontop,
Does anyone have the recipie for this dish?

nope, but I just bought fluff for rice krispy treats although I can't bring myself to imagine it on top of rice & yams?
does it actually taste good, anyone?

I've seen pineapple and sweet potatoes with marshmallow. But rice with sweet potatoes doesn't sound like it would go well together to me nor does adding marshmallow to that mix...
