I want to make this dill Tilapia for Shabbos, but the recipe calls for sour cream.
Anyone know what I can use instead? or a different dill Tilapia recipe?

You can use Tofutti Parve sour cream.
Depending on the amounts in the recipe, you can probably you mayo instead as well.
