8 cups flour
1 3/4 oz fresh yeast
1 cup water or other liquid
3 1/2 sticks margarine
4 eggs
6 T sugar
pinch salt

Syrup:
3 cups water
2 T vanilla
juice of one big lemon
1 2/2 cup sugar

Knead dough and fridge for 1 1/2 hour.

Divide dough into 6 equal parts and roll to a 12 inch pizza slice. Roll out and bake in 350 deg oven for about half an hour, until it gets some color.

mix syrup ingredients into saucepan and bring to hte boil; dip each ruggie into the syrup.

Freezes well. Makes 72.

72 mini ones or large?

13 oz of yeast?

Sounds like a big recipe cuz it has 8 cups of flour. Or maybe I just don't know these things & that is normal.

Sounds delish though.
