I also saw it mentioned that people get miriacle noodle and use stevia for a sweetener. Do you know about the hechsher - do they have one? Could you use them when and how much you want? Thanks

Hi
Ijust signed up and got onto the training site. There is an option to watch a support group training video which I feel will be good to watch but when I click on it it says I can't watch it because it's private. Why does that happen? How can I see it? I'm signed onto it?
Thanks

The site went under a major reorganization recently and there are still some broken links. I'd suggest you use the black "Help" at the left of the screen and ask them how to get to it.

Good luck -- let me know if you have any questions.

Yes they have hechsherim. I use the brand Stevia in the Raw (green package or box) which is OU. The Miracle Noodles Brand has a printed hechsher on the bag which is a private hechsher of Rabbi Zushe Blech of Monsey who is also a kashrus coordinator for the OU.

Yes, technically you can. The Miracle Noodles can slow down your digestion so it is suggested that you phase them in more gradually and if they slow you down to limit them to once a day, but there isn't any actual limit on how much of them or of the Stevia you can use.

Thank you for your answers. When you get a chance could you tell me how you manage shabbos. What could you eat?

I eat straight protocol other than on washing for night and day meals on half of a whole wheat matza (find out what you hold as to the necessary amount for washing and bentching). Other than that, same as any other time.

Does anyone know what phase I can go back to wearing lotion and non oil-free makeup or is a better idea to "stay off" forever??? I can't find answer anywhere.

I'm assuming whole wheat matza and spelt is the same thing - right?
Is chicken soup fine without the vegetables?

There is nothing stated about spelt vs. whole wheat matza, but I would think so. Your call.

Chicken soup is okay only if it is made from the chicken portion you are eating at that meal and made only with 1 approved vegetable which will be eaten at that meal.

I didn't think of it that way. So even if I am just eating the liquid - which is water but has the taste of other vegetables, I can't eat it?

Technically you should only be eating one type of protien, chicken, meat, or fish. So if you eat fish as your protien, you shouldn't be eating chicken soup.
That being said, I've done 5 rounds of HHcg and I do eat some of the chicken soup and I do lose weight on shabbos

I don't think that's technically true. If you cook your meal's portion of chicken in liquid with your vegetable for the meal, you can have the soup it creates together with that chicken and vegetable as your meal.

That's right. But you cant have 2 Different protiens, the chicken and veggies is one protien and one vegetable. Having fish and chicken soup is 2 different protiens.
