Thanks everyone for suggesting michaels. I went yesterday afternoon with my two boys, and saw exactly what I needed, although I didnt make it out of the store with them. There was tons of thunder and rain, and the electricity went out in the store, so Icouldnt buy them. o well, next time I guess, I have 4 weeks anyway.
So, they had those really really tall ones for $28 which is not in my budget for this event. SO they had smaller ones, still nice, for $10 which is great.
